From this academic year, Cai Tong, a graduate of school № 66 in Qingdao (China), has started her studies at SIM RANEPA, within the quota for the education of foreign citizens of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Cai Tong will study International Relations for 4 years at the Faculty of Politics and International Relations.

Despite the difficulties in mastering the program, Cai Tong is very conscientious in her studies and learns the Russian language with great diligence. She is a hard-working student.

We shall remind that an agreement with Qingdao School №66 was signed in 2015. Cai Tong became the first student from China to enter the Siberian Institute of Management.
