On October 24-25, 2019, Dmitry Kunitsyn, acting dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the Siberian Institute of Management - a branch of the RANEPA, participated in a number of events with higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On October 24, 2019, Dmitry Kunitsyn made a presentation entitled “Experience and potential of Siberian universities in the development of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan” at the international round table “Transformation of the labor market and the need for specialists in the context of a technological request for the future” that was held at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

The round table discussed the existing experience, as well as possible areas of interaction between universities of Uzbekistan and Russia in the preparation and implementation of joint educational programs, ensuring academic mobility, including internships for students, masters, scientific and pedagogical workers, organization of international scientific and educational events. In addition, the round table discussed issues of international youth cooperation, current trends in the labor market, including labor migration, ensuring the rights of various categories of the population participating in international economic relations, as well as new technologies for studying foreign languages using the Polygled international Internet platform.

On October 25, 2019, Dmitry Kunitsyn delivered an open lecture for undergraduates studying for master's programs at the General prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Uzbekistanon on the topic of “Digital Transformation of Public Administration as a Tool for the Development of the Anti-Corruption System”.

In addition, Dmitry Kunitsyn took part in a number of working meetings with the top-management and faculty of Tashkent State Economic University - the acting vice-rector for research and innovation, the dean of the faculty of accounting and auditing Mansur Eshov, the acting vice-rector for academic work, the head Department of Finance and Taxes Sadriddin Khudaykulov, Head of the Department of Statistics Abbos Ayubzhonov, and other faculty teachers.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed: the practical implementation of the Action Plan (“road map”) for the implementation of an agreement on cooperation between the Faculty of Accounting and Audit of Tashkent State University of Economics and the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA.
