Arina Kryukova, the 4th-year student of the Human Resource Management Department of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA, became the winner of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "International Cooperation: Experience, Problems and Prospects" in the section "Management and Business". The conference was held by the West Siberian Research Center in Kemerovo.

Arina presented a scientific work on the topic "Technology of Development of the Center for the assessment and development of human resource management of a trade organization". The work was written under the supervision of the Сandidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Human Resource Management Department Elena Vladimirovna Balganova.
