Eldar Sadykovich listed a large number of spheres that influenced the strengthening of the image: the protection of Mass Media, the active work of officials in social networks, the liberalization of the economics, a multilateral format of cooperation (membership in the SCO, CIS, UN), development of relations and regulation of the conflicts with neighboring countries, development of culture and cinema. Also, it was noted that the image formation of the country was spelled out in the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan 2020 for the first time.

Besides, Eldar Sadykovich, as the Head of the Agency, which implements the state policy in the field of cinema, expressed hope for the further development of the cinema industry in Uzbekistan and claimed that this requires the development of international cooperation in this area.
