The 3rd and 4th-year students of the International Relations became the winners of the international competition of scientific projects "Science and Technology", organized jointly by the Faculty of Foreign Languages of E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University and Ataturk University.

Two collective works were presented for the competition: Ekaterina Fink, Ksenia Chernykh, Anastasia Filatova presented with the topic “Digital educational technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language” (supervisor - Lopatina S.S., Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Humanitarian Cooperation, Director of the Russian Language Center for International Students); Alena Brodnikova, Olga Vlasenko, and Ulyana Zavodskaya presented the topic “Online Russian Conversation club for international students as an effective technology” (scientific advisor - Beregovaya OA, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Humanitarian Cooperation).

In the presented works, the students considered the technologies of teaching Russian to international students in the era of digitalization: the use of electronic tools for training and testing of knowledge, the Google map service, the Youtube Internet resource, correspondence via social networks and WhatsApp, MS Teams and others.

Students Ekaterina Fink, Ksenia Chernykh, Anastasia Filatova were awarded the 1st-degree diploma "For the originality of the idea."

Alena Brodnikova, Olga Vlasenko and Ulyana Zavodskaya were awarded the 1st-degree diploma for the practical importance.
