Traditional 5th International Scientific Forum “Global changes from the youth perspective” in foreign languages took place at the Siberian Institute of Management. At the Forum the students from Russian and foreign educational institutions annually demonstrate their knowledge of English, French, German, Chinese, and Russian as a foreign language. In 2018 the Forum was attended by representatives of 46 institutions of higher, secondary vocational and general secondary education from 20 Russian cities and other countries.
