A meeting with the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Novosibirsk took place in the Siberian Institute of Management on February 20. International relations students and students studying Public and Municipal Administration have met with Nikolay Afonasov, who is the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Novosibirsk. In the frame of the meeting, Mr Afonasov gave a lecture on the MFA – its structure, functions and main activities in current circumstances. He also talked in details about the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and their role in the federal subjects. Besides, Mr. Afonasov answered many questions, that students had asked, about different aspects of the modern international relations and Russia’s foreign policy.
