On September 14, 2019 a graduate of the University of Rochester, Siobhan Seigne, arrived at the Siberian Institute of Management - a branch of the RANEPA as a part of a Fulbright program. Thanks to this program for assistant teachers of English, Siobhan will stay at our institute for the entire academic year.

Siobhan was warmly welcomed at the Department of Foreign Languages, where she will work. There also was a meeting with the institute's top-management, where director Sergey Sverchkov made a welcoming speech. The parties discussed the working conditions at the institute, living in our city and how Siobhan is getting used to new conditions.

It is not Siobhan’s first time in Russia. Before her trip to Novosibirsk, she had studied in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Barnaul. This is related to her interest in learning the Russian language. In addition, Siobhan traveled within Russia a lot.
