Participants of the scientific practical seminar discussed international and national aspects of anti-corruption during the webinar on the 26th of June

The seminar was organized by the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Evgeny Kolenko - head of the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Oleg Fedorov - head of the Siberian campus of RANEPA addressed the webinar participants with welcoming words.

Evgeny Vyacheslavovich reminded that there is a signed cooperation agreement between the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA and the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Oleg Dmitrievich expressed interest in the development of mutual cooperation: "I hope that after all restrictive measures for COVID - 19 prevention, we would have an opportunity to continue working together face- to-face."

Various aspects of the development of the anti-corruption system (at the national and international level) were considered during the scientific practical seminar.

In this way, the speech of Boyko Evgeny Alexandrovich, associate professor of the Personnel Managment Department of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA, was focused on ethical aspects of anti-corruption activities in public service.

Menshova Vera Nikolaevna, associate professor of the Personnel Managment Department of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA, drew attention to possibilities of forming and assessing the anti-corruption behavior of civil servants. In additioin, she told about implementation of professional development programs for civil servants on anti-corruption issues in the Siberian Institute of Management.

Epifanova Natalya Sergeevna' s report (associate professor of the Faculty of Economics and Investments) was devoted to generalizing the experience of the formation of regional anti-corruption programs.

Kunitsyn Dmitry Valerievich, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Investment of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA, in his speech described the mechanism of verifying information about income and property of civil and municipal servants in the anti-corruption system.

Reports of the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan representatives were also multidimensional.

Ismailov Bahadir Islamovich, head of the Scientific and educational anti-corruption center, D.J.S, gave a report "Development of anti-corruption legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Malikova Gulchekhra Rikhsikhojaevna, professor of the department of Organization and Management of Prosecutorial Activities, D.J.S, gave a report "Development of public service legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Makhmudov Ibragimjon Ismailovich, prosecutor of the psychological support department, gave a report “Psychological aspects of anti-corruption in public service".

As a result of webinar, it was decided to continue the development of scientific and educational cooperation between the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA and the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
