On April 8-9, 2021, the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA, held the VII International Scientific Youth Forum in foreign languages "Global Changes: the View of Youth".

The opening of the forum was attended by foreign guests online and offline:

• Per Brandt (Germany) - Director of the Goethe Institute in Novosibirsk;
• Bi Xinhui (China) - Project Manager "Confucius Institute of NSU";
• Ebenezer Okansei (Ghana) - visiting lecturer of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA;
• Philippe B. Tristan (France) - Director of the travel agency "Frenchmen of Siberia".

The program of the Forum was very intense and included breakout sessions in English, French, German, Chinese, and Russian. The members of the jury highly appreciated the scientific works of the conference participants. Invited lecturers Ozasuva Omoregbe and Ebenezer Okansei - native English speakers held an intellectual game "Cultural Diversities of Africa".
